In terms of scaffolding assembly, we have consolidated and increased additional services such as transportation with our own fleet, which allows us to provide and close a comprehensive transportation, assembly, and rental service adapted to the current requirements of our clients, being essential to our flexibility and speed.

Today we have a complete portfolio of services and products regarding formwork and scaffolding. We continue to operate with solid strategic alliances with the German companies Meva Gmbh and Layher del Pacífico S.A. to have top-level equipment.

 

The new Quilicura plant is fully operational, with which we have tripled our storage area and doubled our office square meters, offering productivity upgrades and improved service to our customers.

New Layher TG-60 System:

For two years we have been exclusively marketing the TG60 system in important construction projects in our country, compatible with the Allround system. Its high load capacity per leg of six tons transforms it into a formwork that is very quick to assemble, using elements of Allround standard scaffolding and saving up to 25% weight for formwork solutions. New Meva Monolithic System – MONOFIX:

Completing Meva's portfolio of solutions, we have imported the MONOFIX aluminum monolithic system, characterized for its high resistance 50 KN/m2 and low weight, ideal for projects that do not have a crane and must be solved manually and in a single installation walls and slabs. The efficiency between its area and its weight ensures good productivity even
without using a crane. It is especially practical for repetitive works such as houses and buildings. We invite you to download the catalog in the products section.

Coverage:

For four years now we have had two branches: our new headquarters in Santiago and the branch in the Chimba sector, Antofagasta. Our coverage is throughout the entire country, extending today with projects from Arica to Punta Arenas.

40 Hour Seal and Complementary Insurance:

Our staff is, without a doubt, our main asset. That is why we have implemented a 40-hour work week, several years ahead of the implementation that will be required by law in Chile. We are a pioneer company in the market with this measure. We have also taken out life and complementary health insurance for our workers. Investing in our people is our best return. Being a relatively new company, currently in our sixth year in the Chilean market, we are a medium-sized company, which allows us to provide a personalized and close service to our clients, having very low and well-evaluated response times.

GFS Plus Service:

Since last year we have generated access to our clients, to our GFS Plus Mada platform, which provides online and totally transparent information to our clients about the stocks on-site, shipping guides, and returns, to have accurate cross-validation that avoids doubts in project management.

BIM Technology and Digital Reports of Site Visits:

We are implementing BIM technology in our plans and designs, which will generate a contribution of quality and precision for projects in progress. This improvement will help the assembly and implementation of our clients' scaffolding and formwork solutions. We have also digitized our reports and made them available to our clients for direct and better-supported communication of our on-site consultancy.

Outlook for 2024:

2024 will continue to be a very demanding year for the organization, given the construction market conditions that we continue to experience. Support for our clients and an increasingly refined and complete service will be key to facing this reality of one of the markets we supply.

Throughout the six years we have been operating, we have grown steadily. Today, therefore, we must scale and fine-tune our processes and services. To achieve this, we have launched the new People Management
department, which has begun a strong program of improvements in benefits, training, and general support for our collaborators.

Regarding our fleet and equipment portfolio, we have been incorporating more than 200 additional tons of Scaffolding and Formwork during 2023, thereby increasing and renewing the rental fleet at the service of our clients.

In the scaffolding assembly market, we continue to grow by participating in maintenance and global contracts for mining companies and related companies. In this sector we have had, sustained growth that is based on the experience gained in important projects carried out such as ports, telescopes, mining, desalination plants, remodeling, and construction carried out throughout Chile, with a work team that meets all quality, safety, and service standards.
